Fairly good food, but expensive

Went there yesterday with my daughter for lunch since there was an hour-long wait at the Artist's Colony. The food was fairly good but upgrade to fries instead of a bag of chips with lunch cost us nearly $4 total and there weren't many fries at all. The sandwiches were good but a total bill of 27+ and then a tip was a rather expensive lunch for just fairly good sandwiches and a few fries. We won't be back.
